Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing In Doggo Veritas. We take great care in preparing your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Canuzzo & Hea Hoog Foundation Products: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery, as goods are shipped from Estonia.
Other Products: For all other items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless notified otherwise on Whatsapp.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates (Hong Kong)

Free Delivery in Hong Kong: on orders over HK$800
Flat Rate: For orders below HKD800, a flat shipping rate of HKD35 applies.

Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about returns & refunds.

1. 7 Day Time Period:

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

3. Email attachemnts:

Please email a photo of the goods, together with order number or proof of purchase, explaining reasons for the return request request (hello@indoggoveritas.com)

4. Acceptance:

Once we approve your request, we will provide you with the specific return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, we do not process unapproved requests. Once return is accepted, please arrange the shipment to our Hong Kong office at your own convenience and expense.

5. Refunds:

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect carefully and inform you the status of your refund. If approved, we'll trigger a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Some credit card companies do take longer, please drop us a message at (hello@indoggoveritas.com) if it's been 15 days since the approval. If you still have your heart set on our products, you are more than welcome to place a new order for a different item at any time!

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you encounter any defects, damage, or order errors, please email us immediately with photos. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.

Non-returnable items
We want to be transparent about what can be returned. Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishables: Food, treats, fresh flowers, or plants.
Custom & Personalised Items: Any products specifically made or tailored for you.
Personal Care Goods: Grooming or care-related products due to hygiene standards.
Promotional Items: Any items purchased on sale or via gift cards.

A Note on Exchanges
Please make sure you select the correct item at check-out, because we do not offer direct nor indirect exchanges!

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
